Which plugins am I using?
I have selected the Seriously Simple Podcasting. The reason I am choosing this plugin is that it’s really easy to understand step by step. I can know how to edit to fix it in case. It could provide the audio player and make it easy to upload the audio to WordPress.
Which studio am I using for recording?
I am using OBS Studio because it is free and easy to set up. I am using a handphone to record the audio, and I don’t need a video.
I think the challenge with OBS Studio is that you can record the audio, but the problem is that they don’t have MP3, and they only use MP4, which is their original format. When I have a hard time uploading the podcast, that can’t be a large-sized video, so I have to go back and start over again with a medium size. I went back to medium size, and then I uploaded again, and it went through successfully. I think we have to be careful with the size we are uploading.
I think the podcast is good for the website. They can help people to hear better, or if they want to read the transcript, depending on the. The podcasts feel more personal to help them to explain the topic and provide advice or tips. Also, they are good for people with accessibility issues to hear better.
