Pros and Cons of Using WordPress
For my site, ScratchBake had come up with several advantages and disadvantages, and what kind of challenges are there?
Pros:
- Flexibility: WordPress has lots of support with themes and plugins to understand how to build the sites.
- Ease of Use: The block editor can allow for drag-and-drop the content creation.
- Scalability: WordPress can grow a business and a simple blog into a full of e-commerce store.
Cons:
- Plugin Overload: There are too many plugins can slow down the sites that can cause the issue.
- Issue: You have to pay the security to protect the sites and call the WordPress support.
- Maintenance: Lots of Updates, backups in case they happen to sites, and security, lots of required attention.
The most part is difficult project was the Theme Customization, lots of editing to match the theme style you want, and keep it clean and simple. Sometimes it requires help to understand how it works, and it takes lots of effort to design and be creative.
